Monster Hunter Society: Book One
Seventeen-year-old Roxanne "Roxy" Cross has a problem with authority, bruised knuckles, and a secret that keeps her locked out of normal high school life. By day, she’s jammer #07 for the Granite City Bruisers. By night, beneath the maple planks of The Roll-A-Way, she hunts the chimeric horrors stalking the Merrimack Valley dark.

"Fast, kinetic prose with no filler. The subterranean bunker beneath the local rink is one of the coolest urban fantasy settings in years."
